Dad first. I am a spouse and a father of two girls who keep me busy. As an Entrepreneur with Heart, it is my mission to help people. What kind of helper would I be if I wasn't first and foremost there for the most important people in my life: my children and my wife?

Entrepreneur with Heart. Passion, enthusiasm, and helping are at the core of my entrepreneurial life—everything that involves a lot of heart. I myself have been through a company foundation where I learned many things "from the ground up." I was able to gain a lot of experience—and also learn how some things should not be done. ???? In 2012, I sold my company shares.

As a pioneer for new business models, I am enthusiastic about new ideas and approaches. I plan and implement these with a virtual team—for example, the self-coaching portal www.dein-bester-coach-bist-du.de.

I want to share the professional insights I have gained so far. That is why I have been working as a Business Consultant since 2012. Essentially, I support people and companies in becoming and being successful. My core topics are Online Business, Sales, and setting up New Client Acquisition. I love business consulting because you get to know so many forms of success and the personalities behind them. Every consulting mandate has made me more aware and mature.

In business consulting, too, my principle is: The heart must be involved—whether it is Online Business, Sales, New Client Acquisition, or Controlling. The heart is the origin of the power that must be followed. When a company's structures and processes align with this and provide a framework for it, the venture becomes powerful and successful. I am convinced of this.

Since 2018, my wife and I have seen ourselves as global citizens and digital nomads; we work from the most beautiful places on Earth and are where we feel good and where we are needed.

Mom, Sales Specialist, Therapist for Heart-Centered Personality Processes using the Methods of Attachment Energetics.

I come from a sales family—sales was, so to speak, ingrained in me early on. I soon noticed that, unlike some other "hunters," sales for me does not consist of "hit 'em, knock 'em down, and disappear." That simply didn't feel right to me and didn't work either. I see work in sales as a matter between people. Ultimately, even in a company, it is people who buy something from other people.

I have spent a lot of time on personal development and coaching and completed training as a Psychotherapist of Attachment Energetics. It quickly became clear to me how closely sales and personal issues are linked.

It brings me great joy to meet people in sales, to be inspired by them, and to inspire them. At the same time, as a Coach, I am allowed to accompany people on their personal journey—away from learned patterns and towards matters of the heart.

I look forward to this journey together with you all!
